Our New Cooking Teacher!

Beginning this month, our Thursday afternoon Cooking Class has a new teacher: Rachelle! Rachelle is one of our placement students from Seneca College who is studying Therapeutic Recreation.

Rachelle has volunteered to lead our weekly Cooking class. We have been having a lot of fun learning to make snacks for ourselves and especially getting to taste what we prepare!
We have already had a great time making soft pretzels, and learning to make them either sweet or salty. Last week, had all really enjoyed making and decorating our own gingerbread men Ė a perfect match for our production of Shrek!

Everyone enjoys getting a sample of our delicious treats, and we canít wait to see what we will be cooking next!
