    Friendships & Fun

Our Sunday program is designed to foster meaningful connections and social growth.

Through carefully crafted activities, participants engage in teamwork, personal exploration, and social interaction.

Participants collaborate, interact, and develop lasting friendships while enjoying a variety of social experiences, all aimed at building confidence and strengthening social skills.

    Diverse Experiences

The most important goal is to participate how you want, and to have fun!

Outings to entertainment venues such as bowling alleys, swimming pools, and other leisure locations. These excursions are purely recreational, offering a chance to relax, have fun, promote physical health, and enjoy new experiences in a social setting. These outings provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can develop independence, practice social skills, and engage with the wider community.

These experiences are crucial for mental and emotional well-being, especially for individuals with developmental disabilities. They help reduce isolation, boost self-esteem, and improve communication skills.

    Committed Staff & Support

Bringing decades of experience in recreational programming, we maintain a staff-to-participant ratio of at least 1:3, ensuring personalized attention and tailored experiences for each individual.

Led by our Sunday Coordinator, our team utilizes weekly meetings to review all activities and monitor all the participants’ progress. These meetings are an important tool in keeping programming person-centred and providing a meaningful, fun filled program each week.

Our staff actively empower participants, helping them develop life skills, navigate social situations, explore their creativity and self-expression and build confidence in a structured, safe setting.

I love how everything is about enjoying the moment, having fun, and being surrounded by people who make me feel completely at home.
